How quickly will you respond?
Our team is available Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm. Requests sent outside these hours will be answered on the next working day.
How long will my appointment take?
A first consultation usually takes 45 minutes to an hour, as it includes time with your specialist and any testing needed on the day. We tell you what to expect when we confirm your appointment.
Do I need referrals?
No, you do not need a referral. You can request an appointment with us directly. If you have been referred by another doctor, please bring your referral letter and any previous reports so your specialist has the relevant background for your visit.
Can you visit me at home?
Yes. Our specialists carry out home visits across Dubai for tests, hearing aid fittings, and follow-up appointments. Choose Home visit when you send your request and confirm availability for your area.
Where are you located?
