Can I try hearing aids before choosing one?

Yes. That is what the centre is for. Once open, you will hear devices in real listening conditions and can take part in a hearing aid trial before you decide. There is no obligation to purchase on the day.

Do I need a hearing test first?

Yes. A device can only be programmed properly once we know what your hearing is actually doing. If you have had a recent test elsewhere, bring the results and we will review them.

What does it cost to visit?

Fees vary depending on the consultation and assessment you need. Please contact our team and we’ll explain the applicable charges before your appointment.

How much do hearing aids cost?

Hearing aid prices vary depending on the technology, features, and individual hearing requirements. Our team will assess your needs, discuss the appropriate options, and provide pricing details during your consultation.

Can I do this at home instead?

Yes. Once open, our specialists will carry out home visits for hearing tests, hearing aid fitting and follow-up appointments. The full range is easier to hear at the centre, but a home fitting is a full service, not a lesser one.

Do you fit custom ear plugs and in-ear monitors?

Yes. We take ear impressions and fit custom swimmers plugs, noise protection and in-ear monitors for musicians, alongside hearing aids.
