How much do hearing aids cost?

Hearing aid prices depend on the technology level and the features you need, so we do not quote a figure online. We talk you through the options after your hearing test, let you trial devices, and give you a written price before you commit to anything.

Can I try hearing aids before buying?

Yes. A hearing aid trial at the Experience Centre lets you hear devices in real listening conditions, with an audiologist guiding you, before you decide.

What hearing aid devices do you fit?

Hearing aid devices may include rechargeable, invisible in-canal, receiver-in-canal, behind-the-ear and Bluetooth-connected models. Which suits you depends on your hearing, your lifestyle and how you want it to look and feel.

Do I need a hearing test first?

Yes. A hearing aid machine can only be programmed properly once we know what your hearing is doing. If you have had a recent test elsewhere, bring the results and we will review them.

Can you service a hearing aid bought elsewhere?

In many cases, we can assess hearing aids purchased elsewhere to determine whether servicing, reprogramming or refitting is possible. Availability may depend on the manufacturer and device.

Can you get remote support for a hearing aid purchased from Taevas Aura?

Yes. We can provide remote fitting and fine-tuning for hearing aids purchased from us, wherever you are in the world. With your authorization, our software can connect directly to your hearing aids remotely, allowing our audiologists to adjust without requiring you to visit the clinic.
